中国舞课程不仅仅是动作训练，更是对民族精神的表达与对传统美学的学习。通过水袖的柔美、扇舞的灵动、身韵的细腻，孩子们在舞蹈中感受中华文化的魅力，逐渐建立起文化认同与民族自信。
除了课堂学习与剧场演出，TVDA也积极参与各类社区文化活动，包括中秋节、春节、亚裔文化节等，为社区呈现高水平的中国舞作品。我们相信，让孩子们在真实的社会舞台上展示所学，是最自然、生动的文化传承与分享。
我们希望每一位学生都能通过中国舞讲述自己的文化故事，跳出属于自己的民族之美，也让更多人看见中华文化的独特韵味。
At TVDA, we are deeply committed to preserving and promoting Chinese culture through dance.
Our Chinese dance program goes beyond technique—it is an artistic expression of heritage, tradition, and identity. Through the elegance of flowing sleeves, the rhythm of fans, and the grace of expressive movement, students experience the richness of Chinese culture and develop a strong sense of pride in their roots.
Beyond classes and stage performances, TVDA actively participates in cultural events across the community—including Lunar New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, and Asian Heritage celebrations. These meaningful opportunities allow students to share what they’ve learned and bring Chinese dance to life outside the studio.
We believe every child has a story to tell through movement. Through Chinese dance, we empower our students to celebrate their heritage and share its beauty with confidence and grace.
Chinese Folkloric Dance: 蒙族蒙族/Mongolia
蒙古族舞蹈动律开阔，节奏鲜明，常以翻腕、踏步、颤动等动作展现草原民族的豪迈与自由。
Mongolian dance features bold, rhythmic movements like wrist turns, stomps, and shoulder swings, expressing the spirit of freedom and strength found on the grasslands.
Chinese Folkloric Dance:
傣族/Dai
傣族舞蹈以柔美、细腻著称，动作多以手腕、眼神、身韵的配合表现自然与生活之美。常见动作如“孔雀展翅”“水波荡漾”，展现热爱自然、温婉灵动的民族风情。
Dai dance is known for its graceful and delicate movements, often featuring fluid wrist motions, expressive eyes, and flowing body lines. Common gestures mimic nature—like peacocks spreading their wings or ripples on water—reflecting the Dai people's harmony with the natural world.
Chinese Folkloric Dance: Handkerchief Dance
手绢花是中国东北地区具有代表性的民间舞蹈形式，以旋转、抛接、抖动手绢为主要表现手法。舞蹈节奏明快，动作欢快热烈，展现了劳动人民乐观向上的精神风貌和浓郁的地域风情。
The Handkerchief Dance is a traditional folk dance from Northeast China, featuring twirling, tossing, and shaking of brightly colored handkerchiefs.
Chinese Folkloric Dance: Dunhuang Dance
敦煌舞源于敦煌莫高窟壁画中的飞天形象，融合古典舞与佛教艺术之美，动作多以舒展、飘逸、旋转为主，展现空灵、神圣与优雅之感。舞者多手持乐器、绸带或莲花，演绎出千年文化的神韵。
Dunhuang Dance is inspired by the celestial figures depicted in the murals of the Mogao Caves in Dunhuang. Combining elements of classical Chinese dance and Buddhist art, it features flowing, graceful movements that evoke a sense of spirituality and elegance. Dancers often hold props like ribbons, lotus flowers, or instruments to embody the timeless beauty of ancient culture.
Chinese Folkloric Dance: Fan Dance
扇子舞是中国传统舞蹈中常见的一种表现形式，动作优美流畅，以开合、翻转、旋动等方式展现女性柔美与风姿。扇子既是道具，也是情感的延伸，常用于表现春风拂面、花开蝶舞等意境，富有诗意与韵律感。
Fan Dance is a classic form in traditional Chinese dance, known for its graceful, flowing movements. With gestures like opening, flipping, and swirling the fan, dancers convey elegance, femininity, and emotional nuance. The fan becomes an extension of the dancer—symbolizing breeze, blossoms, or fluttering butterflies—creating a lyrical and expressive visual experience.
Chinese Classical Dance
古典舞源于中国古代礼仪、戏曲与传统美学，讲究身韵、气息与意境的统一。动作流畅、富于表现力，常融合旋、翻、腾、跃等技巧，展现出内敛含蓄的东方气质与深厚的文化底蕴。
Chinese Classical Dance draws from ancient court rituals, traditional opera, and Chinese aesthetics. It emphasizes expressive body movement, breath control, and refined inner spirit. With flowing motions and technical elements like turns, flips, and leaps, it reflects the elegance, depth, and poetic beauty of Chinese culture.

Peking Opera Dance
京剧舞蹈融合唱、念、做、打，动作规范、节奏分明，强调眼神、手势、身法与步伐的协调统一。通过程式化的表演方式和丰富的身段技巧，展现人物情感与传统戏曲之美，是中国传统艺术与舞蹈高度融合的代表。

旗袍舞融合中国女性传统服饰之美与优雅舞姿，动作细腻、节奏舒缓，强调仪态、眼神与身段的柔美表达。舞者在旗袍的衬托下展现东方女性的内敛、典雅与韵味，传递出岁月静好、含蓄端庄的美学气质。
